Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing – so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy lasts 10 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems.

We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us (support@starlight77.com) with the subject line Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph or video so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. 


What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.

Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from our warehouses in the United States. Given the fact that many of our products are in extremely high demand, we may need to source from our warehouses in Asia.


How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping (varies by location). After about 4 days, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
